These programs empower members to positively influence their Club and community, sustain meaningful relationships with others, and develop self-esteem. The Keystone and Torch Clubs, in which members elect officers and plan and implement their own activities and community service projects, help young people learn about making good decisions, understanding the democratic process, and contributing to both their Club and community. Our yearlong Youth of the Year leadership and recognition program encourages scholarship and develops public speaking skills, 2 qualities that are critical for future success.
